Foxo isoform response to TNF. A: C2C12 myotubes were treated with 6 ng/ml TNF for 2 h; total RNA was isolated and assayed by real time PCR for changes in Foxo1, Foxo3, and Foxo4 mRNA. Foxo isoform mRNAs did not change with TNF.
