5-HT increases association of PKCα with actin. Varying concentrations of protein lysates (0.5 mg-2.0 mg protein) from the control and 5-HT-treated cells (0.1 μM, 1 h) were immunoprecipitated (IP) with PKC-specific antibodies or control IgG and the immunoprecipitates were blotted with anti-actin and anti-PKC specific isoform antibodies.
