LXRs are expressed in peripheral blood cells. (A) RNA from peripheral blood mononuclear cells obtained from normal human donors was assayed for LXRα and LXRβ transcript levels using qPCR. Expression values were normalized to GAPDH levels, represented as the mean +/- SEM.
