Normalized intensity values of transcripts (rows) are ordered using Centered Pearson correlation and hierarchical clustering. The dendrogram show the similarity (distance) of expression profile of transcripts and is divided into 8 sub-trees as indicated in the color bar. Arrays (columns) are grouped according to the sampling time which varies from -22 to 48 hours subject to LPS infusion. Red and green colors reflect the high and low intensities respectively.
