Expression analysis of CP12-1, CP12-2, CP12-3, GAPA-1, GAPB, and PRK genes of Arabidopsis in response to anaerobic conditions. Arabidopsis seedlings were grown on agar (1/2 MS and 1% sucrose) for 2 weeks and then immersed in water for 2 h or 4 h prior to sampling for RNA.
