Localization of CP12-1::GUS, CP12-2::GUS, and CP12-3::GUS activity in transgenic Arabidopsis plants. Plants were germinated and grown in soil under 14 h light/10 h dark conditions in a controlled-environment room and samples taken throughout the life cycle of the plants.
