Antimicrobial resistance rates are presented for tetracycline (Tet), sulfonamides (Sul), streptomycin (Str), kanamycin (Kan), gentamicin (Gen), ampicillin (Amp), amoxicillin-clavulanate (Amc), ceftiofur (Tio), cefoxitin (Fox), chloramphenicol (Chl), and nalidixic acid (Nal). Trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole resistance (not shown) was detected in only two chicken breast isolates in 2006. All isolates were susceptible to amikacin, ceftriaxone, and ciprofloxacin.
