Each lane is labeled with the peptide (scrambled, NP, pS129, and pY125) that was bound to the magnetic beads and used for each pulldown. Eluted proteins bound to each peptide were separated by SDS-PAGE (4–20%), and Western analysis was performed as described under “Experimental Procedures” with various antibodies as indicated to the right of the Western blots.
