A, Arabidopsis seedlings were treated with water (H₂O), OGs alone, or in the presence of catalase (OG + CAT), purified oligodecagalacturonic acid (DP10), flg22 (FLG), trigalacturonic acid (DP3), or β-glucan (GLU). H₂O₂ accumulation in the culture medium, expressed as μm g⁻¹ fresh weight, was measured after 1 (white bars) or 3 h (black bars). This experiment was repeated twice with similar results.
