Increasing amounts (100 and 300 ng) of either wild-type NLS-actin (wt.) or NLS-actin R62D were cotransfected with vector control (mock), MAL, OTT-MAL, or OTT-MALΔRPEL into NIH 3T3 cells. One day after transfection, SRF-luciferase activity was determined and normalized to pRL-tk.
