A. RAW 264.7 cells were infected with 10 MOI of F. novicida in the presence or absence of IFNγ (25 ng/ml; co-stimulation) for 24 h and the amount of NO in the cell supernatants was measured by the Griess reagent. The graphs show mean and SD of values obtained from 3 independent experiments. * p<0.05 compared with IFNγ value. B. RAW 264.7 cells were infected in the presence or absence of IFNγ for the indicated time points (co-stimulation) and protein-matched cell lysates were analyzed for the expression of iNOS by Western blotting.
