Effect of increasing concentrations of recombinant RNA (CpG-rich RNA, clone 1) on the activity of G/T mismatch and 5-MCDG. Experiments were carried out as described in Materials and Methods. Lanes 1–5 received 0, 1, 2, 4, and 6 μg of recombinant RNA, respectively, and lane 6 is a blank. The reaction product was treated with NaOH and separated on a 20% polyacrylamide DNA sequencing gel.
