Cells were labeled in ovo with [³H]-thymidine for 1 hour, and tissue was harvested and dissociated at the indicated times. Double DISH for the indicated genes and autoradiography for [³H] were carried out on the dissociated cells. Cells were quantified for labeling by a single gene probe, both gene probes, and labeling with [³H].
