Flow cytometric analysis of the expression profile of β2M and HLA-I on the surface membrane of oral cancer cells. (A) FaDu/vehicle and FaDu/β2M-1 cells were co-incubated with β2M (2 μg ml⁻¹) and HLA-I (2 μg ml⁻¹) antibodies, as indicated.
