(B) FACS analysis of CXCR4 and CXCR7 in CT26 cells isolated from lung metastases after 24 days. Although the cells are devoid of CXCR4 in vitro, they do express CXCR4 in vivo. The complete suppression of CXCR7 by RNAi is maintained throughout these 24 days.
