Panel B is the pairwise comparison of PNG sub-populations. Black solid traces are EH vs. NA, dashed traces are EH vs. Coastal, gray solid traces are NA vs. Coastal. EH = Eastern Highlands population (Gimi & Goroka pooled), NA = Nasioi (Bougainville), and Coastal = Sepik & Madang pooled.
