Expression of IMPDH1 RNA in human and mouse tissues. Northern hybridizations were performed on 20 μg of total RNA for each tissue listed. Control corresponds to hybridization with acidic ribosomal phosphoprotein PO (RPLPO) cDNA. The highest levels of IMPDH1 RNA expression were present in retinal tissue of human and mouse (arrows).
