We used two morphological markers, unc-24 and dpy-20, to follow the oma-1 locus during crosses. Locations of the triggers used for injections are shown. Long dsRNA triggers are shown aligned against the physical map of the oma-1 locus. Together, fragments A1 and A2 span the coding region of the oma-1 gene. A1 includes exons 1–4 and is 721 bases long. A2 includes exons 5 and 6 and is 685 bases long.
