Figure 8. — Effect of siRNA against DEC2. (A–C) 3T3-L1 cells were transfected with the siRNA against DEC2 as described. Before harvest, the transfected cells were exposed to hypoxia (1% O₂, 24 h). The levels of DEC2 mRNA and FAS mRNA in each sample were quantified by Q-PCR. Values represent means and standard deviations of three experiments. Immunoblot analysis was performed using anti-SREBP-1 antibody (Santa Cruz Biotechnology). WB with anti-14-3-3γ antibody was used as loading controls.
