Rats treated with vehicle or AT₁ antagonist for 3 d received an ip injection of sterile saline or LPS on d 3. The animals were killed 3 h later. Data correspond to relative mRNA levels after normalization to 18S rRNA. Values are mean ± sem for groups of seven to nine animals measured individually.
