All activities were measured in mt lysate prepared from at least three independent RNAi induction experiments. One unit of activity catalyzes the reduction or oxidation of 1μmol of cyt c per minute. Specific activity is calculated as U per mg of mt proteins. Mean values and standard deviations are shown.
