Deletion of the nsp2 and/or ORF4 coding sequence or insertion of nsp2 in ORF1b is indicated by a caret. Protein coding deletions are indicated by a delta (Δ) in the virus name. The nsp2 position is indicated as ORF1a (1a-2), ORF1b (13-2-14 or 10-2-12), or ORF4 (4-2). Approximate peak titers of viable viruses are indicated to the right of each construct.
