Proteins were selected based on those that showed a significant increase in abundance in the more aggressive cell lines.
MS/MS spectra of peptides were searched against the RefSeq NCBI database using the Mascot search engine. The numbers represent the peptides detected in each preparation for the protein. The number of peptides approximates the amount of protein present.
