Effect of mutein in the regulation of OVA-induced IL-13 and muc5ac expression. C57 BL/6 mice were OVA sensitized, challenged, and killed 24 hours after challenge. At the time of OVA challenge, mutein (500 μg/mouse/d) or vehicle (PEG) were administrated via intraperitoneal injection. The expression of IL-13 mRNA and protein was evaluated by real-time RT-PCR and ELISA, respectively (A and B).
