Involvement of processing enzymes in the maturation and secretion of inhibin α- and βB-subunits in LβT2 cells. The cells were cultured for 48 h in the presence or absence of increasing doses of activin A and the furin inhibitor dec-RVRK-CMK (CMK). Trichloroacetic acid-precipitated media were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted using an anti-inhibin α-subunit antibody (A) and an anti-inhibin βB-subunit antibody (B).
