(A) The HEK 293 cells were transfected with wt GFP-Bsep, G238V and D482G. Twenty-four hours after transfection, the cells were incubated at 37°C for 24 hrs (control), 30°C for 24 hrs or treated with 10% glycerol for 24 hrs. GFP-Bsep was visualized by fluorescence microscopy. All the images were taken with the same microscopic setting. Bar=10 μm. (B) The lysates of the HEK 293 cells under these conditions were immunoblotted for GFP-Bsep and β-actin. ECL was used to visualize the protein of interest.
