A 14-years old female with Lenke type 5AN curve (patient No. 4). A. Preoperative coronal Cobb angle (T7-L3) was 46° for thoracolumbar curve. B. Anterior dual rod instrumentation from T11-L2 was performed and Cobb angle was corrected to 18°. C, D. Preoperative and postoperative upright clinical photographs show the marked improvement in the preoperative trunk shift after anterior correction. E, F.
