(b) Products of translation of TNF22-Luc mRNA and pro-IL-1 mRNA (negative control) in rabbit reticulocyte lysate in the presence increasing amounts of Lasso ATR1 and ³⁵S-labeled methionine. Lane 1 contains only the TNF22-Luc mRNA RNA, while lanes 2–6 contain both TNF22-Luc and pro-IL-1 mRNAs. Lanes 3–6 additionally contain 20-, 40-, 80- and 160-fold molar excess of ATR1 Lasso with respect to the targets. The translation products were analyzed by 12% SDS–PAGE.
