ICMT Overexpression Lines of Arabidopsis Exhibit Reduced ABA Induction of RD29A and COR47 Gene Expression Compared with Control Col-0 Plants.

Total RNA from Col-0, ICMT^ox1, and ICMT^ox2 seedlings was analyzed by RT-PCR for the presence of RD29A, COR47, RD22, ABI5, and Actin8 mRNA (as a loading control). The bands shown were photographed from the same gel but were not side by side. The se of two replicates is indicated for all data points. Asterisks represent significant differences from the corresponding Col-0 control of * P < 0.05, ** P < 0.01, and *** P < 0.001, as determined by Student's t test.
