ABI5 Is Downregulated in Germinating After-Ripened sly1 Seeds.
(A) Protein gel blot analysis of ABI5, RGL2, GAI, and RGA protein levels in sly1-10 seeds freshly harvested (before after-ripening) in the absence (normal [N]) or presence of 50 μM GA.
