Levels of (A) serum FSH and (B) intratesticular testosterone following busulphan treatment. Serum and tissue were collected at different times after a single injection of busulphan and hormone levels measured as described in Materials and Methods. The results are expressed as mean±s.e.m. for four or five animals in each busulphan-treated group and 18 animals in the control group. There was no significant (P<0.05) effect of busulphan on levels of either hormone.
