Loss of CL leads to defective colony formation and swollen cell size at elevated temperature. Yeast cells were grown in YPD media to the early stationary phase. Cells were seeded on YPD plates and incubated at 36°C. Colony and cell morphology were examined after 3–5 d of incubation. All images of cell morphology were taken at the same magnification (1000×).
