(A) WT- and S404A-GR-expressing U-2 OS cells were treated with Dex (100 nM; 6 h) before the total RNA was isolated and subjected to whole-human-genome microarray analysis. Identification of differentially expressed genes (P < 0.01) was performed by an error-weighted ANOVA using the Bonferroni correction.
