Changes in mPAP, QLPA, and PVR during prolonged DA compression with (n = 4) or without (n = 4) a concomitant fasudil infusion. Fasudil treatment caused a sustained increase in QLPA and decrease in PVR during DA compression, whereas DA compression alone resulted in only transient changes during the first hour, which were not sustained during the second hour.
