Increased FXR binding and histone acetylation at the SHP promoter after treatment with FXR agonists are p300-dependent. HepG2 cells were infected with Ad-sip300 (sip300) or Ad-empty (empty) and 3 days later, cells were treated with GW4064 (A and B) or CDCA (C and D).
