Note that there appear to be more spikes with less variable ISIs in the R6/2 raster relative to WT, indicative of the increased firing rate and reduced variability, respectively. B, Characteristics of single spike trains did not differ significantly between WT and KI mice. Both contain significant burst activity and were similar in firing rate and variability.
