(A) Mannitol flux was measured in Ussing chambers at 8 weeks of age and was increased in the interleukin 10 gene-deficient (IL10/) mice (p<0.05). This increase was not observed in animals treated with AT-1001 (n = 4–8). (B) The electrical resistance was reduced in the IL10−/− mice only (p<0.01).
