C, SH-130-mediated radiosensitization of DU-145 cells by clonogenic survival assay. Cells seeded in 6-well plates were treated with 5, 10, or 20 μM of SH-130 or 20 μM of SH-123, respectively, followed by 2, 4, 6, or 8 Gy X-ray radiation within one hour. Each sample was tested in triplicate. After 14 days’ incubation, colonies were stained by crystal violet and counted manually. Data were normalized and expressed as the mean ± SD (n=3), and represented one of three independent experiments.
