Lane 1, protein standard (Std); Lane 2 & 6, the wild type; Lane 3 & 7, S141C(ISP); Lane 4 & 8, G180C(cyt c1); Lane 5 & 9, S141C(ISP)/G180C(cyt c1). Adduct cross-link protein bond (ISP + Cyt c1, lane 9) is disappeared when treated with β-ME (lane 5). Moreover, the intensity of ISP and cyt c1 bands are obviously decreased compared to the corresponding bonds in the lane 5.
