Parp-1 and BRCA2 mRNA was measured by semi-quantitative RT-PCR 48-h post-transfection. B, BRCA2 mRNA expression was analyzed by real-time RT-PCR. C, Parp-1 and BRCA2 protein expression was measured by Western blotting. D, BRCA2 mRNA expression was induced in MCF-7 cells treated with 3-AB and NU1025 Parp-1 inhibitors. The real-time RT-PCR BRCA2 mRNA results were normalized to the amount of GAPDH mRNA.
