HhAntag691 resensitizes ABCG2-overexpressing HEK293 cells to mitoxantrone treatment. Cells were plated at a density of 1 x 105 cells per well in a 24-well plate and were allowed to attach before incubating in medium containing HhAntag691 and/or mitoxantrone for 3 days.
