HhAntag691 reverses the drug resistance of NCI-H460 human non small-lung carcinoma cells to the treatment of ABCG2 substrate anticancer drugs. Mitoxantrone induced ABCG2-overexpressing NCI-H460/MX20, and the parent cells were plated at a density of 1 x 10⁴ cells per well in a 96-well plate and were allowed to attach before being incubated in medium containing mitoxantrone (A), topotecan (B), or SN-38 (C) in the presence or absence of 10 µM HhAntag691 for 3 days. Cell viability was assessed with the XTT assay and was expressed as percentage of control. Mean ± SEM, n = 3.
