Effect of LPS on plasma GSH, GSSG, Eh GSH/GSSG, and total GSH. C57BL/6 mice were treated with 1 mg/kg intraperitoneal LPS or with PBS. At 2, 6, 24, and 48 hours, mice were killed and plasma was collected for HPLC analysis of (A) GSH and (B) GSSG.
