^aGoat erythrocytes (2%) were incubated with 100 μM peptides at 37°C. The absorbance increase by hemoglobin release in the supernatant was evaluated. The increase of A₅₅₀ by the addition of 1% Triton X-100 was defined as 100%. Triplicate measurements for each experiment were performed.
