The effects of intermittent Taxol and sustained PTX_ePC chemotherapy on survival (Kaplan–Meier curve). Taxol therapy did not result in significant survival advantages in comparison to controls (P=0.17), whereas sustained PTX_ePC therapy resulted in significant survival advantages in comparison to control (P=0.0001) and Taxol-treated (P=0.0002) animals.
