The rs41295061 and the rs35285258 in this study correspond to ss52580101 and ss52580135, respectively in the T1D study. ¹³ rs35285258 is in complete LD with rs11594656 (r² = 1) from the T1D study. ¹³ Both ss (submitted snp) numbers can be found as rs (reference snp) numbers in the SNPdb of NCBI.
