Oxidative folding of deletion variants. HeLa cells expressing wt gp160 or V1/V2 variants 1, 3, or 4 were pulse-labeled for 10 min and chased for the indicated times. Cells were lysed and Env proteins immunoprecipitated. Immunoprecipitates were deglycosylated and analyzed by reducing (A) and nonreducing (B) 7.5% SDS-PAGE.
