There are also slightly larger holes with distinct borders and small protrusions of similar size (arrows) as well as three holes with diameters of up to 250 nm and a few budding capsids. (B) The number of budding capsids is about 1.8/μm2. One budding is probably close to completion (arrowhead). There are holes from 110 to 220 nm, two protrusions (arrows) of 130 nm in diameter, and folds of the nuclear surface. Bars, 200 nm.
