Effect of L. donovani infection on TLR2 and TLR4 mRNA expression. THP-1 cells were infected with L. donovani at 10:1 parasites to cell ratio and stimulated with Pam3cys (1 µg/ml) or LPS (1 µg/ml) for 10 h.
