Overexpression of FILIP1L in endothelial cells leads to inhibition of cell proliferation and an increase in apoptosis. A, inhibition of cell proliferation by overexpression of FILIP1L in HUVECs was analyzed by BrdUrd ELISA 24 h after transfection.
